For starters, the wifi sucks here... if you have an electronic return label on your phone, have it pulled up and ready before walking in. Second, I dropped off an Amazon return here because I was in the area on 9/19 and it has YET to have movement on shipping progress when I track it on UPS. It is now the 9/25 and all it says is "label created, a delivery date will be updated as soon as possible." I called this store and the lady told me that Amazon returns takes "a few weeks." Sorry what? I need to get my return back to Amazon so I can get refunded. I never had this issue at other UPS stores, it normally takes like 3 days max, and the shipping progress wouldnt be so slow...

Doing my diligence because I had a very nice customer experience here last Friday. Thanks to the staff for being HUMAN, being understanding, and being accommodating. Would recommend this UPS store for others to try!

I am always impressed by this location’s customer service. Mokha, the manager keeps things going and makes sure that every person that walks in gets immediate customer service. While, at the same time he spends time with each customer and doesn’t rush them. Today, Hima (a team member) helped me with notarizing a document for me. I’m always anxious getting something like this done, especially as a younger adult. But Hima made me feel comfortable while offering efficient care. She made sure that all of my needs with this document met. Including overnighting the document and making a copy for my records. I have visited this location before and have always had a good experience. In my opinion, this is above and beyond normal customer experience with kindness and positively.
