Arby's has always satisfied my cravings for roast beef and I've never had issues with the food. The service on the other hand, is just outright displeasing. The restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, it's only 8:00 PM and the drive through person exhales out loud on the headset, then in a lethargic tone says "order when you're ready". No thank you, nope, I'll go somewhere else. If your employees make it sound like I'm inconveniencing them to do their job, then do everyone else a favor and close down the restaurant. No customer anywhere should be greeted in that tone. This review isn't for me to get anything out of it, nor is it for you to have me complete a comment form for market force online to make it better. No, this solely for everyone else who reads this review to find another Arby's other than the one at 6468 Hampton Roads Pkwy, Suffolk, VA 23435.

Management has definitely changed at this location. I went last night and the parking lot was full of cars but once we got inside there was only one person sitting down eating and about six employees in the back. The young lady that took our order was incredibly rude and it was very hard to understand her because she clearly was not speaking proper English. We had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times and she really just seemed like she had an attitude. Once our food was ready they just set it down on the counter and didn’t announce that our food was ready. The fries were not hot but they were over cooked so they were kind of hard. I ended up breaking a porcelain veneer while eating a fry. As soon as we stepped in the restaurant we almost decided to turn back around because of the vibe we were given but we continued to eat there anyways. We really should’ve just left. It’s just nasty inside. It’s always dirty in there, the sauce machines never work, and the drink machines are always gross and sticky. It’ll be a long time before I go back.

Trying to get a quick bit while running errands. They have no side salads at 1pm. How does that happen? Cashier was not very friendly. I asked how he was doing. Trying to be friendly. No response at all. Service was very slow. I understand everywhere is short staffed...but the unfriendly manner got me.

3/2022 - NEVER AGAIN! LAST CHANCE BLOWN. "WE DONT HAVE ANY ROAST BEEF. IT WILL TAKE 30 MINUTES." Inside looks like everything was wiped with dirty rags and was sticky. GHETTO! 2/10/21 - SKIP IT! OVER PRICED LITTLE VALUE. Classic roast beef barely 4oz - $3.50. WTH? Sameful! 12/12/18 store hours 10a -- 10:20 doors still locked! Another poor attempt at customer service. Speed is not their forte. Typical food and service is generally good though customer service should be improved. Wrote above before recieving this [see pic]. Unwrapped take out items? This bag of food was placed in the bag by a manager in an empty store with no one in drive thru. VERY LOW STANDARDS!
