Don't be misled about the time they close by what's on the website. It says 11pm but I walked in at 9:45 and stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before someone came out from behind the wall and told me they were closed. They should probably lock the doors if they're closed I would imagine. The young lady told me the drive through was open but I decided to go to Cookout across the street. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue but some guy had walked out from the kitchen right past me and never looked up or said anything. A simple "hey we're closed" would have been nice.

Mass incompetence! 6+ people working that I can see and they can only fill one drive thru order at a time with the seating area inside closed.

This was the most disgusting and worst restaurant I've ever been in. The staff messed up our orders, the fries were cold, everything was disgustingly dirty inside the establishment, and it took forever to get our orders after we ordered them. The hallway to the bathroom had grease on it and was a slipping hazard. The bathroom was unsanitary and I could only hope the grill was cleaned properly. On another note, their drive-thru was down as well, but that happens. Everything else is unacceptable from what one would expect from Wendy's quality.
