Needed my engagement ring resized down so I called around to find a location with a reasonable price and quick timeline. I called Lamon Jewelers on Kingston Pike and spoke with Ray who told me that it would be about $60 and take less than 9 days to do depending on what it looked like. I immediately drove over and I was greeted and helped right away by Ray who made sure to measure my ring size and talk with me about my true ring size. They took the ring and sealed it up in a protective cover and told me I would receive a text message when it was ready for pick up. 8 days later I received a text and headed on over to pick up my ring. It was the perfect size! I was prepared to pay $60 for the resizing but Ray said I didn’t owe them anything and that I was always welcome back for future ring cleanings! Very professional and trustworthy service! Highly recommend!
