Maybe I didn't read the website well enough. They really don't accept most insurances.They did not take mine or my partner's, we both ended up paying out of pocket. I did the 79.99 for 2 pairs and exam. Came out to 360 with upgrades. Decided to do basic lenses with no upgrades and it was 150. They really upcharge you. Haven't gotten my new lenses but we will see if it is worth it at all.

It is so easy to schedule with them and the optometrist I met with was so sweet and gentle and empowering. I also think they have the best prices on contacts and glasses. Have been using them for many years and will be for many in the future. Front desk staff are also patient and knowledgeable!! 💜

This place has really gone downhill. If I could give them zero stars I would. They really only care about money and nothing else. If you must use America’s Best go to a different location. The South Jordan one is the absolute worst one. The workers stand around gossiping and act annoyed when you walk in. They are overpriced & the quality of their glasses is subpar at best. Avoid them!

Absolutely do not ever come here for anything if you value your time or sanity. I do not normally leave reviews, but absolutely needed to in this case in hopes that I can help people. This store has been the absolute worst. The customer service is horrible. Their policies are ridiculous. I have had to jump through so many hoops and come back so many times just to get my son his 1st contacts prescription. We arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment because of traffic today, and were turned away. We are going on vacation next week so are not able to come back again until we get back, and then they will tell us the trial pair of contacts is too old again! I cannot state this enough. We called 2 other providers and were told that they would never do anything like this and we would walk out with a prescription after one visit. That is not the case at America's best! Never ever come here! 0 stars if I could.
