Bought a ring online and had it shipped to this store with no problem. When I needed it to be resized after it arrived I was assured that it would be done in "no later than 2 weeks". It has now been 20 days and still no ring, no call from them (I have had to reach out or I fear I would never had heard what was going on). There has been no explanation as to why its late only that they would reach out when it arrived. Between that and their bad phone answering and closed days I would not recommend this business.

If I could leave less stars I would. My fiancé and I went to look at engagement rings back in September and we were never spoken to by an associate. We stood in the store for 15 minutes while the associates talked amongst themselves while not being busy. We left without getting any help. We gave this shop another shot in December, I will give it to them this time because they were actually busy. Yet again the associates helped another couple before us when that couple came in after us. Maybe it’s because we look young and therefore we don’t have a lot of money but regardless I will NEVER shop at a zales again.

Good selection of items, I purchased a peridot bracelet & browsed their diamonds as well. They had several larger carat weights to choose from which was helpful. Cami was the sales associate that assisted me & she was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I am very happy with my purchase & will certainly return for future purchases. Thank you to Cami for all your help!
