It isn't like it was. The guys half sprayed my car rushing. The up keep my rims was skipped. And the roller to dry car totally went over my car like it was a truck. I hope they fix this was my fav car wash spot.

I had previously given a five star review but unfortunately have to update it. I’ve been a member since they opened. The quality of the wash has gone downhill and my current vehicle has now been damaged twice with no resolution. If you have a white car they don’t recommend you use the car wash. It would be nice if they told you that when you purchased the membership not when your car is damaged. First almost three weeks ago my car was covered in black splatter after coming through the wash. I went to the desk to report the issue and the guy came out and started cleaning my car with freaking paint thinner! He said that if someone ahead of you gets the tire spray it’ll splash back on your vehicle and if you have a white car you should go somewhere else. While wiping it down we noticed a large deep scratch (it’s a two month old car) so I asked to do an incident report. It was a Saturday and I was told I’d be called on Monday. Nobody has called me. My paint is definitely damaged. Went through the wash again today and now there’s two new scratches and a bunch of grease on my car. No manager available, they didn’t offer an incident report and told me to come in and talk to him if I want something done.
