I had a horrible experience with the Sioux City store. there was an older gentleman working on some paper work when came in, did not acknowledge me when I entered the store and I waited for him to see me after the buzzer went off. he looked at me and continued with whatever he was doing and didn't say anything to me, after a few seconds he looked at me, shaked his head and still didn't say anything, I got closer to the counter and he said, how you doing, I answered and politely say to him "how are you doing", he did not respond and the look on his face throughout the whole encounter was so displeasing. I told him I needed to return an Amazon item and he rapidly pointed out "customer packed" marked on a piece of paper i had with the QR code (Amazon told me to just bring the item and they were going to take care of the rest) I tried to explain that to him and he pointed out to that portion of the page again in a very rude way without saying anything, and looking at me like I was a bither, so I left if you are going to have people like this working with customers, I would highly recommend to rethink this and either give them training or put them in the back where they do not have to deal with customers.

Called about getting posters laminated. Employee had to ask her manager and had me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up.

wont be coming back here, that’s for sure. rude guy up at the front counter, you honestly did not need to act like that. next time don’t ask about peoples personal life, especially when they only came in to just mail something. it’s weird. i’ll just go through my postal service to mail something now. not gonna deal with this again.
