Service is terrible booked online appointment called to confirm. They stated we have no appts. We'll I already booked one she said I'm sorry we can't accept that. And she was rude to top it off. They used to be good. I will not return there. 0 stars do not recommend

I have been coming to Star Nails for about 2 years, always great service and beautiful nails. There just was one time I had a terrible experience. My nail tech was Kita and she couldn’t have been more annoyed to be doing my nails. She was on FaceTime the entire time I was in her chair, and ignored me anytime I tried to speak. She didn’t say anything when she was done just slapped the ticket on the table and exited the building, calling back “I’m going to get coffee”. Nails were lumpy and had varying lengths for my vacation, which made sense because she got them done in less than 20 minutes. I will still continue to come to Star as everyone else is professional and does a great job!
