Worst pedicure/service I’ve ever had. The guy who serviced me completely rushed and was not thorough at all. While he was doing my pedicure he was too rough with clipping my toenails and going around my cuticles. I also noticed the salon may not be the cleanest as far as disinfecting their pedicure tools. I noticed they seem to use the same grater, nail file, and foot scrubber from the previous client seeing as a clump of dead skin from the previous person flung onto my towel from the nail file and he had only clipped my toenails so far into the pedi. He then proceeded to barely massage the foot scrub in, just slathered it on and rinsed it back off. Then while my feet and legs were soaking wet he put lotion on rubbed it on the top of my legs ONLY for like a minute then got a hot towel and wiped it off.. I definitely will not be returning and do not recommend this salon. Also if you do decide to receive service from them I’d ask them if they cleaned their tools thoroughly before using them on you.

Lisa here is great! I love how she does my nails always. Now let’s get on the pedicure. I had the spa pedicure and Tao was done is 15 mins of me sitting down. When I tried to TALK and I emphasis’ TALK to the manager because I was very disappointed in how rushed through the work was, the manager decided to raise his voice at me and say I had been at the salon since 10am but I was at the gym at that time.. and proceeded to argue when I was trying to talk quietly and when I asked why he was raising his voice he walked away in a tantrum. I have been coming here for years and have never complained about something or had any issues until this one time. The fact the manger was unprofessional really doesn’t sit right with me. And yes I would like to see the cameras so I can show you I was at the gym at those times and clearly you have me mixed up with the girl who sat next to mw! Like I said I walked in at 11!

You have to be VERY mindful of who you pick to do your nails, toes and eyebrows. 1 of them had my eyebrows looking surprised for my vacation!! my recent trip there was a joke, spent over $200 & my acrylic toes came off within a week, my nails were so FAT, crooked and curved like claws and was either over my cuticles or had air bubbles near the cuticle & water would get under my nail while washing my hands. I took them off to prevent infection, waste of money. I DO NOT recommended them at all.
