I went to the pharmacy to get a pain medication for my mother. I went to the pharmacy 3 times. Each time they told me nothing was called /faxed in. I had to have the doctor fax the script 3 times before it was filled. I had to drive to the store 3 times because the pharmacy was refusing to answer the phones. This was told to me by the associates in the front when they finally answered the phone. The pharmacist told me she was busy thats why she didn't fill the script. The manager told me they were busy with COVID and monkey pox so they couldn't fill the scripts. The store was empty each time I came to get the script. When I told the manager that 7 hours, 3 faxes, 3 visits and over an hour trying to contact them by phone was unacceptable, she replied "That's too bad." I will never go to this Rite Aid again. I only gave the one star because I had to.

I got a misprinted planner and the staff was very kind and replaced it for me. I hope the funky misprint gave them a good laugh on a gloomy Monday!

Been 5 days now and no covid test results, after reading these reviews now I know which pharmacy to not return to… luckily I was able to get a test done elsewhere and found out I was positive. Bye Rite Aid

Worst pharmacy ever. Mismanaged, rarely have meds in stock when needed and super slow to fill prescriptions.
