The bedroom furniture we bought about 10 years ago is no longer made from the company. After explaining to Jake what we had, he remembered the furniture and contacted the manufacturer for us. He was able to get perfectly matched additional pieces for us! We also bought a couch. Once it was delivered, we found it to be too small. Jake kindly took it back and worked with us to find the perfect fit. We have had very positive experiences in the past and in the present with Jake and this company.
