Wish I read the reviews before getting progressive. Almost every 1 star review is accurate to what I’m experiencing right now. I’ve tried called multiple times just to force contact with my claim representative Byron Furney to no avail. Got the supervisor number and same issue. Progressive is a scam and only after a quick buck from its members.

Customer service is ALWAYS super rude and WILL treat you like your incompetent. They charged my card 4 times repeatedly and it declined (i shut it off for a DAY because it was stolen) on 1 auto payment out of the 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. Now I can't be on auto payments for 6 months AND I have to pay $80 extra a month. I WILL be finding a new company and will never recommend progressive to anyone again.
