This place essentially kidnaps people and holds them against there will i am in the process of contacting the various channels to open an investigation against their illegal practices and waiting to hear from my attorneys office to file a lawsuite against the facility and it's doctor for falsifying a medical report holding my fiance against her will and insurance fraud i promise i will make it my mission to either shut this place down or get the doctors and staff terminated for violating the laws of utah. Also made a report to midvail unified police was told it would be turned over to detectives that deal with them but probably won't pursue legal action uhhhh hello what's the definition of kidnapping then??? Is it illegally detaining a person against their will when they legally have no grounds too. I will give my life to make this place pay if i have to sue them take to social media or harrass the press till they investigate and make it a story!

I was tramatized from the moment I came in to the facility. They threatened me with restaurants, the strip search was demeaning, They almost gave me meds not meant for me, and refused simple requests. They would roll thier eyes at you and talk down to you or simply ignore you. I cried and begged to leave since I had self admitted. They threatened me with white sheeting me, what that means I don't know. They only took me seriously after I asked to see an advocate. I have been to other facilities and I felt right away this place was bad. It was dirty, with holes in the walls. I finally was able to get released after much begging. I felt like a prisoner, not a patient. The meds they gave me were intermittent and Drs. ordered meds were ignored. This place should be shut down.

"If your boyfriend calls again, you're going to stay longer as mentally unstable" My girlfriend was supposed to be discharged but they decided to hold her an extra day because "the pharmacy was closed". I called saying that if she's mentally well then she has every right to walk out. They agreed and said she can leave at any point but advised against it. So I called to let her know that I'd come take her home but they started transferring me around for 30 minutes and hanging up on me as soon as I said her name. She called me back and told me to stop calling. As soon as she got out she said they threatened to hold her longer if I called again. So yeah don't go here unless you want to get held hostage for the sake of them racking up your days to pay extra.

The staff was the best I’ve ever had . They were so caring and thoughtful. Tina, Courtney,teona,Jamie were so kind I can’t say how much I appreciate them.
