Walked into the store near opening time and literally there were two people ahead of me, one behind me…and I never saw a single employee there..just a line of people staring out into space. I ended up walking out. The gate was up and the store was open. Maybe someone was in the bathroom? Idk

My dad was at your store to return Amazon items. The items came in one box. Instructions: UPS will scan codes, print labels for packaging for the returns. I was wondering why you didn't do that, instead of telling him to repack them separately.

We understand Amazon sends items to us all in 1 box. However when Amazon sends separate codes/labels for return they are requesting you to return items separately. We don't know why. Could be with their enormously high volume of returns it helps them stay organized giving credits back correctly.

That is a question for USPS. Only the United States Postal Service can handle Passport issues and questions. The UPS Stores can provide picture service only.

I'm sorry unless he actually paid to ship the package we have no way of retrieving a pre paid, drop off tracking number. We just scan them and give our customers the tracking number. If the label was provided by a company, via email, you may still have it
