Dr. Furbert is so friendly and amazing with kids. She knows exactly how to calm people down which is what you need in a dentist! I highly recommend her for her personality and her expertise.

I have called this place numerous times, to make an appointment. They never answer the phone. How are potential clients supposed to make appointments? They don't have an online system to request either. I DO NOT recommend this place.

We had a positive experience at Island Smiles. The dentist and assistants wer gentle and measured while working with my 4 year old daughter. They gave her a little coin at the end to pick a prize from one of those vending machine things, so she loved that. Overall we had a positive experience. Edited to say: I have called them several times today to set an appointment as directed on their web site. Nineteen times total today starting early this morning. They do not answer the phone. Ever. I did get a call back from them, but was in a meeting for work and missed their call. The voicemail directed me to call them, but you guessed it! They didn’t answer… again.

I feel like you my kids are over due been calling for like months leaving messages no one calls you back they got to be checking there mail box cause it never says it full I'm just about to find my kids another place and I love these ladies they do a very good job

I've been trying to get in touch with you for the past 2 days to make an appointment for my 2 boys and I've left messages as well. Why haven't you been returning my calls?
