Everyone that we worked with at Kearns Bros was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive, from the salesman to the hard-working men and women that did the repairs. We had wind damage that blew our aluminum awning right off of our house and damaged the soffit, fascia, gutters and roof. Kearns did a beautiful job rebuilding the soffit & fascia, replaced the gutters and our roof as well. I'm so pleased with the outcome that I wish we had it done years ago. Anytime I had a question or wanted to discuss the work, they were very responsive and made sure I was satisfied before moving on. The owner even came to our house on the day of our roof install to introduce himself. The work took more time than I expected to complete, but with the shortages these days, compared to other companies' time estimates they were by far the best. I was very pleased with our experience with Kearns.

I do not recommend this for several reasons: 1) it voids any manufacturer warranty you have on your roof 2) the warranty on the proposed 5 year extension is weak. You only get your refund if you buy your new roof from the company that applied the soil bean product that failed! 3) to extend the life of a roof you look at the trouble spots that would fail first. Chimney, wall & vent flashings are critical & not improved with soy bean spray. The shingles in the valleys and the ridge caps deteriorate earlier than other places on the roof however can be repaired to extend the life of the roof.
