I would’ve gave no stars but I couldn’t I love to go to the small for my shoes because they do have such a good selection I go to FootLocker to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought online on 26 August did not receive them until 5 September I go on 15 September to try and get a refund on them or get a store credit because I already have had to exchange these because of the size once and got the size that I needed but the back of them for some reason were hurting my daughter‘s feet she is nine years old she wore them just for a couple hours and he told me because I bought them so long ago that the only thing he can do is exchange it out and was being very rude I have never experienced racism like I did with that guy and he I think was the manager so I guess if you’re not African-American don’t go to this footlocker because you will not get treated the same by him I did not have any other issues with any of the other team members but him

This store does nothing besides back door shoes literally Jason and the other manager are just the worst holding shoes from the public to get there personally profit is unprofessional all around the board and it’s sad there’s never no higher ups watching to really see what’s going on
