This store makes me really excited and wish I had known about it earlier. I absolutely love this concept of buying 2nd hand or consignment baby items. I feel exited to be giving items a second life and having the ability to shop through thousands of really great quality items. I come here way too often, especially whenever there is a sale, and probably will for years to come until my baby outgrows the store. I’ve found that the various young ladies who work at the shop to be helpful too. Thank you!

I have ALWAYS had terrible experiences at this location. During Covid I sold multiple bags of Janie & Jack, Gap, Disney, etc. and only received 40.00 or less for my “new” condition clothing. What makes my experience worse was the fact that the owner publicly yelled at me when I asked for cash instead of an in store trade. I asked the owner what she was taking and refused to show me! She then counted out less than 40.00 and aggressively slapped it in my hand. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional. I even had a few items I was planning to purchase! The only reason I even returned to the store was because every time I tried to sell my items, I was turned away because “they met their cash limit and could only provide trade.” I called the store 3 times beforehand! They also have a “big sale” where you can fill a bag for 10.00,20.00, etc. The bags they provide are tiny and all the clothes in the sales bins are stained and ripped! I’ve shopped at plenty of children’s consignment stores but the owner treats employees & customers poorly. It’s a shame how they take advantage of families like this.

I have shopped and delivered so often over the last several years and keep a constant box of items to bring in. I have also purchased gifts for young friends and family and love helping to keep clothing and toys out of the landfills. We have shopped for Halloween, cotillion, holidays, snow gear, etc. Great way to save / make money and protect the environment! (And the ladies are very nice and helpful there)!!!

I have been a customer for the past couple of years. I go in when I need to buy the next size up for my son, basically a whole new wardrobe each time. I spend around $200 a visit. For the first time today I brought in items for them to buy. The woman was EXTREMELY rude throughout the exchange. I can understand they have their policies on how they select items to purchase, however one doesn't have to talk down, and belittle a customer. If it wasn't for customers bringing in clothing for them to buy they wouldn't have a business. Too bad for them, because I will NEVER give them my business again.

What Brands of baby clothes don't they buy?

They buy just about any brand as long as it is in good condition. I can't recall them turning down any specific brands but you can probably call then and ask.

Are we allowed to come Sunday and sell clothing?

Only able to bring 2 bags, wait in line and hope the owner gives you more than 25 cents per article. Call first.
