Interesting. Maybe it's just a temporary situation. Let's hope so, because they will lose alot of clientele if they don't acknowledge their to-go base. I haven't been to the new location yet myself, but I've heard from others that the wait staff is brand new, that they don't recognize a lot of the staff from the previous establishment. And it sounds like they opened before they were ready. So I'll give it a little more time before I visit for the first time, and hopefully they will have the kinks worked out. Perhaps you could give it some more time and try again later. Hopefully they will have everything as it should be by then.

UPDATE as of Dec 11, 2018: I just drove by and saw a bunch of cars in the parking lot. Turns out everyone is inside cleaning and sprucing things up in order to meet their goal of opening up this Monday, December 17th!! Original post: I asked just a couple days ago and they said the goal was early December, but it may be delayed just a little bit.
