Why won't this location answer the phone? Last time we went there was no extra crispy fried chicken and we received no condiments or napkins. I'm trying to call ahead to place my order if they have ALL today but they won't answer. That's not good customer service!

Restaurant is a hit or miss with what's available and the quality. Always mind blowing when a chicken restaurant is out of chicken yet remains open. Food is typically good but again sometimes it is the tail end of the supply.

Ordered a five piece chicken tenders meal..They were so hard couldn't eat them..fries were cold & old...had to ask for sauce...try to call to make a resolution...phone just rang for 2 minutes...really??.. DISGUSTED!!!
