Yeah they do and I highly recommend them! But I believe the price that you'll get may depend on the spot value at that current moment that you are there.
I have a 2015 p mint quarter that is black on the front but not on the back also it's doubled extremely visible the whole front of the coin is I've never seen anything like it's unreal how crazy this is

Take it there and let him see it and they will let you know how much they'll give you for it or what it's appraised for. They are good honest people.
What if it is sterling silver with gold plated? 925 italy. Is it worth anything

They typically only take pure silver. The plate makes it worth less $.
Take it to Toledo coin & you will find out exactly what it's worth & the history of it as well. BEST SHOP IN TOWN PERIOD !!!! Good luck hope it's worth a million
I want to narrow down my collection to fewer countries. Would it be possible to exchange coins value based, rather than cash? Example, exchange Australian silver coins for Panamanian silver coins, minus a premium for profit, of course.

Last time I was in there they only had a few world coins. I would say they will buy them from you then you would have to buy the ones in stock at price.
Unless it is in a mint state, it won't be worth more than about .05 cents. If it is really high grade I would take it in, if not just hold on to a cool piece of history
It depends on a lot of factors, like the mintage and mint mark, and the exact grade, mint state 60 is very different from mint state 70 and sometimes is a big difference in price too. You're better off taking it into the shop and having them evaluate it.
The highest price is there you get for silver and gold. You have to go there. They beat everyone's prices

You would have to take it in. I would imagine condition plays a major role in determining the value. You could always call first though and see if it is worth bringing in.
