To be honest with you I wish I had more stars here to work with. Ten would be a great starting number. I love Midwest Shooting Center in Sylvania, Ohio. These folks are 10+ star rated as far as I am concerned. I am a new gun owner and they have been absolutely a great resource for my wife and I with both lessons, practical advice and materials at a really good and fair price. I want especially give a shout out to Larry, the manager, and Alex, my trainer. Both of these gentlemen have been helpful and patient; allowing me to become more and more comfortable with gun ownership. Everyone there allow me to be at home when I am at the range. Larry and Alex are both knowledgeable and patient with me and many, many questions and some concerns. These two folks are an example of good customer service is and I consider them friends who I really like.

Would recommend everything about this place EXCEPT the customer service! I have talked to three different people and went through a wait time of a month to see if they can do a simple hydro dip and still no answer.
