I brought my aged machine (probably 20 years old) in for repair. The owner immediately saw the problem. While there I bought a fairly priced Janome. I picked up my old machine about 1 1/2 weeks later. All satisfactory. I was treated with courtesy and honesty. I am so happy to have this little shop right around the corner. They seem to be well stocked with thread and notions so I will be back.

If you are interested in getting your sewing machine repaired or maintained, this is the place to go. Bob looked over my machine and got it back up to where it was when I purchased it about 30 years ago. I understand that if anything major goes wrong with it, it may be close to imposable to get the parts I need to repair it but for now it works great. Thanks for taking the time and going over it with a fine tooth comb.

My mom went to this store yesterday with the plan of walking out with a serger on her birthday. Unfortunately the only thing she received from the unpleasant owner was insults. He was grumpy, rude, and condescending. This store is overpriced compared to chains and online pricing but she was willing to pay for experience and guidance. Fortunately her experience guided her out the door and online where she found the same machine for $100 less. If your searching to overpay for horrendous customer service this is your place to go !

The younger gentleman who fixes the machines is very nice. The other two (I assume owners) have terrible customer service skills! You would think if you asked a direct question about the return policy, you would get a complete answer, especially if you yell them it is for your 87 1/2 year old mother and that you’re not sure she’ll be able to work it. Not the case here. I was only told 3 days, never said a word about a restocking fee. Their answer was .... it’s right there on the wall. The wall that you can barely see because of the stuff hanging there and blocking it. After much arguing an angel (fellow consumer) purchased the machine from me. I will never do business here again!
