A year and a half a ago I got a Glycine watch and four months later I sent it to get fixed here and after paying shipping there I had to pay extra because the fix wasn’t covered under warranty but six months later the watch suddenly stopped working again so I sent it back and paid the shipping. After being told the balance staff was broke, they were kind enough to allow me to pay a fraction of the cost watch which was not ideal but still hopeful for a sufficient fix. After I got the watch back only three months later the watch stopped working again. Keep in mind this is after sending the watch there twice to get repaired. They agreed to pay for shipping this time but I was told the same piece was broken after they had just fixed it. I was told that the part broke from a large force or dropping it, just like the second time they fixed it. Now after their previous repairs were insufficient I was told I would have to pay another 90 dollars to fix it this time. I obviously differed to put any more money into repairs that I would most likely be doing again in a couple months. I finally got my watch back but not repaired and I will not be putting more money into a watch that I have already almost bought twice with the repairs as of now. It seems as if I am not the only person that has had this similar problem with them and hoping I can get a better resolution then where I am at now.

I sent my watch to Invicta international in Utah to get it fixed. I gave them the model number and I paid to ship there and back it didn't get fixed nor did they replace the battery. But I was told since they could not fix it they will pay to ship it back but they didn't I did.

I sent in a watch that was only 5 months old because the hands fell off. I was told it was under warranty. I had to pay $28 to send it in and then they wanted to charge me $89 to fix it. Claiming I damaged it under impact. The watch was in perfect condition. They used the one word to is considered not covered. Unprofessional, ridiculous and pure highway robbery. This company should NOT be used and should NOT be associated with Invicta. BTW, I only paid $95 for the watch. Do that math!

Why would you PAY to have it sized? Get some watch tools and do that yourself. If you aren't sure look on you tube. Bracelets and straps aren't covered under warranty so save yourself some$
If it's an invicta, go to the invicta website. Click on service and repairs. Then follow the directions. It walks you through the whole process including mailing addresses, evaluation charges, insurance etc... once that's done you pack it up and send it away. They keep in contact during the whole process.
