BEWARE SERVICE DEPT! The high stars are mostly from great sales. But I’ve had an absolute nightmare experience on the service end. Paid a load for diagnostics told me to come back if problems continued after giving me a software update. I come back after phasers are still rattling a few weeks later and it’s like they have no idea what I’m talking about (even while they’re reading my previous invoice). Then they tell me they can’t see my truck for 7 weeks. So I’ll just keep driving around with an obviously messed up truck for pushing 4 months before getting fixed? Told them to pound sand and called corporate. All New Hollands Service Rep Will did was chuckle me off his phone line. Couldn’t care less about my frustrations. Not his truck, not a new sale, not his problem.
