Yes, the Eastern Lancaster County Library accepts the following donations: New or gently-used books, paperback or hardcover Children’s books – hardcover books or paperbacks Audiobooks on CD, preferably unabridged Music CDs – popular and classical titles Movies on DVD or Blu-ray We cannot accept textbooks, encyclopedias, old magazines, newspapers, Readers Digest condensed books, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, yearbooks, computer software, or any items that have been stored in attics or basements for long periods of time, or items that have smoke or water damage. Donated materials are given to the ELANCO Library without condition. Upon receipt, donations become the property of the library. We reserve all rights to determine addition to the collection or disposal. Items not added to the collection may be given to other libraries, sold to raise money to purchase other items, or given away for free.
Most items, including books, may be returned in the book drop outside the the ELANCO Library 24 hours a day. Certain items, such as dolls, board games, and STEM kits must be returned inside the library during operating hours. Late fees are charged for materials that are not returned to the library by the due date.
All printing must be done from a public access computer. Printing is not available from a personal computer. You could put the documents on a flash drive and print from the public computer.

No, the library does not. You can visit travel.state.gov for information and download the forms. You can use the computers and the printing services here. Ephrata and Adamstown libraries do passport appointments.
They might have a program where a volunteer will come in. Best to call for more information.
