I just ordered a PR72T Interested in the additional second tier grate. but as a one piece rack its to bulky for one person to handle. Would you make one in 2 pieces - (2X 35X24) - So much easier to handle ?

It's not certified gluten free and it's manufactured in a facility that handles wheat, but it doesn't have wheat in the ingredients list.
