Originally had a great experience buying a car here, but if anything goes wrong with it be prepared to wait at least a month for them to get you in to look at it

Mark Roberts, the service manager is very customer focused. He listens to understand your problem and works to fix it to your satisfaction. Jerri Weaver is also very friendly and helpful as well.

I purchased my Hyundai Tucson in 2016. It’s a 2017. Please do your research before buying a Hyundai. Oil consumption....google it. The dealer nor corporate will help you. They just give you the run around. For example my car was 2000 miles away from getting the oil changed. I checked it because I have a consumption issue. The dipstick didn’t have a drop of oil on it! Mike Kilgore says this is normal oil consumption. Please do your research. Corporate and Lancaster County Motors DOES NOT stand behind their vehicles.

If a car with 8000 miles is left idling for 3 hours could it permanently damage the car and should the oil be changed or anything else be checked?

Good day Mike. My name is John Sweeney and I am the sales manager here at the dealership. Your car should be fine unless a check engine light would of come on. See you for your next oil change. Have a nice day-John
