Rented for the first time this visit. Overall I’m happy with the rental itself. They are also very flexible on extension for a vehicle. I had a 2021 Nissan versa. Car was clean,it ran well, No complaints. I love that enterprise does no limit mileage. Sales team is also greatly helpful at the store. My only suggestion would be to Laura the initial deposit for a vehicle. I know why it’s the price that it is, but maybe consider a frequent customer price reduction just to ease the blow. I would rent from them again 100%

I had to rent a car while my car was being fixed - my insurance coverage is 80/20 on a rental & I had it all set up thru my insurance but at the last minute the insurance company messed up - so I am stuck waiting at the shop while they get things fixed. But Daulton from Enterprise in EastPete thought he would come get me so I wasn’t stuck sitting/waiting there at the shop - which was so nice! He took me back to his shop & as he had thought they got everything fixed & worked out in the time it took for him to drive me back there. He had great customer service! They set me up with a wonderful rental - the whole experience was so nice & put me at ease at a time when I was stressed out. Daulton & Anthony at eastPete enterprise made a messed up situation into a peaceful & easy transition. They are great !
