When the virus was bad, they didn't let anyone inside and took orders at the doorway. A few weeks ago, they let you inside with a mask on. If there are more than 4 or 5 groups of people it could be hard to socially distance, but that wasn't a problem for me in my case. Both times I went in it was just me and maybe one other group.
No but they do 'flurries' so you can combine any of their ingredients into any flavor ice cream base, just like sworl do.
