Owner won't stand behind his service work. Had my snowblower repaired before 2019/2020 for $212.00 including pick up and delivery fee. Did not use it that first winter due to lack of snow. Did not work when I tried to use it this past winter. Spoke to the owner and he said I would have to pay again. I asked for free pick-up and that I would pay for the repair. It never worked after the repair, so meet me half-way. No – said I used it for 15 snowstorms this past winter. I said, no, I tried using it twice and both times it would die – had to borrow my neighbors. And BTW, all my neighbors’ snowblowers sat for the winter and worked the next year. And then he proceeded to tell me how he is not going to deal with consumers because we want everything for free. Thank you. I corrected the error. Everything else stands.
