I wish I could give this zero stars, I'm extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the pizza but the service of the people there. The pizza was like a soup with how much sauce and grease there was, it was so hard to even pick up let alone eat. When I got there to pick up my pizzas the lady was extremely rude covered in food and flour with a fairly sour attitude despite me being polite, she was old and blonde.

NY Style doesn't have any crust worth mentioning... If you aren't putting sauce and toppings all the way to the edge then it isn't NY style... stop wasting our time. I hate Papas crust and only order when y'all do the NY style. The other Papas in Yucca gets it right.

Smart Shoppers, DO NOT go to this location, today I ordered a “special” $9.99 large pizza with two toppings “included”, (pepperoni and I didn’t know what else to add, so they suggested extra cheese as the second “included” topping, it turns out that when I went to pick it up my total was $12.41. $2.42 on taxes? That was their explanation, then when I complained they said it was the extra cheese, and this is not the first time that they do that, I always forget to rate them, but enough is enough. Are they pocketing the extra charge? I’m calling corporate tomorrow.
