Horrible place to work I just got terminated for missing more than 16 hours of work. But was never informed that was the case before hand. I came into work for training and never missed any days and when we were finally passed to nesting which is the period between training and calls we were sent home early with no pay due to no calls coming in. It is very disorganized but we were micromanaged and threatened termination of duties were not met throughout training and when you ask anyone on the floor for any updates they just say we know as much as you do and vaguely give answers. If you try to go against it because many of there policies make no sense they escort you out with two personnel’s as if they needed to. Management is very passive aggressive and vague with explaining things and then tell you you should have already known. Do not recommend to anyone they are going out of business anyways which is why there is so much turnover

Bad place to work..I encouraged to everyone not to work there...They are using people..You work 3 months then they fired you...for no reason...

They have poor security equipment & horrible security guards. They do not thoroughly search everyone as they should, which resulted in the entire department getting fired. This place do not care for their workers at all. We were forced to find a way to keep paying our bills.

They should email you and let you know after 6 months if you're eligible for rehire. Tbh, I wouldn't even want to go back if I were you. The fat chick with the wet sour dark brown or black ponytail, who seems mentally challenged, is rude and has aggressive verbiage that can lead to you coming out of character. But the other robust person there(a man this time) is unsupportive and leans toward more helping out with finishing his no.2 meal from McDonald's rather than assist anyone with valuable info about anything Alorica. He'd catch a stroke before you would catch an opportunity. Trust me Kory, it ain't worth it here. Try BCA Financial. They start at 13 an hour plus commissions. Less headache and more pay, and better individuals to converse with and a better ambiance. 👌
