The rep who assessed my vehicle offered $8500 for my vehicle. I showed him the offer I received from HGreg and he said "yeah well they're not reliable, they're iffy". Although the autobuy website says that they'll beat cash offers from certain locations, HGreg being one of them. Didn't appreciate the lowball and inconsistency. Not to mention the rep said I needed a physical offer from carmax. I informed the rep that the neared one was in Doral, which isn't close to this location.. if that was the case I could just sell it to Carmax!
