I couldn't be more disappointed. We found a used Mazda we liked, test drove it, and sat down to review the car fax and documentation on the car. One of the documents for warranty stated No Warranty - "AS-IS" I asked about it and was told by the salesman that document was old and wasn't updated. He proceeded to tell me there was a bumper to bumper "type" warranty on the car so I took that at face value. We worked up the numbers, agreed on the price, and started the paperwork to buy the car. I noticed as we got into the deal we never talked about the specific warranty. The salesman assumed there was one but had to get a manager involved to verify the warranty. After waiting over an hour for a manager, we were presented with extended warranty options for thousand of dollars. Long story short, I was lied too. They can't even stand behind their product enough to provide a small 30 day warranty. I would have been happy if they said, sorry for the miscommunication, if anything goes wrong in the next 7 day we will cover it. Nothing! I will not be going back there nor taking my car there for service. I have to assume customer loyalty is not their primary goal. Money is. Maybe this is one me, I was warned about Koch before I went. As they say...Buyer BEWARE!
