I cannot even begin to explain in depth the change of my personality and attitude since I started working here. I wake up every morning so excited to get to work here as a volunteer and the people here are above amazing. My son comes along with me and he has cerebral palsy and they just welcome him everytime. You learn so much here it’s incredible. This place is beyond amazing and more then I can ask for. I love every single person here

The horses are treated well! The staff is very in tune with each of the horses' well-being. They go to great lengths to ensure the horses are well cared for (never overworked). The horses and the clients/riders and safety are top priorities there, clearly. Courage Reins operates year round. They have THREE indoor arenas that offer an escape from the hot sun during lessons. Likewise the indoor arenas are great in the winter! I wish all stables shared the high standards of Courage Reins regarding priorities and horse care. Staff and leadership there are great people.

I'm a volunteer at Courage Reins. It is a well-run facility with nice people. The horses are well treated and trained using natural horsemanship techniques. There are some fjord ponies, a gypsy, a palomino, and a few others. Wonderful place.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and professional facilities. Everyone who assist with the therapy is friendly and do really well to make the kids feel comfortable. The horses are well trained and very calm. I have never felt like there was ANY danger. Highly recommend for any kiddos who need a little extra help with development

You have to be at least 14. There is a series of required trainings but you can get started volunteering (helping in the barn or in paddocks) while completing the trainings. Email or call the awesome volunteer coordinator - info/links on their website. They're happy to help and answer questions!
Yes
Go in and tell them you want to volunteer. They have all the information
