My kids love it, but it can get quite hot. It is also not a set up where you can sit back and watch your kids play, especially if you have little ones. I didn't mind jumping along with them but there are a lot of blind areas if you are not wanting to get in and jump as well.

My daughter & I recently brought my 3 yr old grandson & his little friend of the same age, to Get Air Trampoline Park in Kaysville. It was during regular school hours, so we had the entire place to ourselves for the majority of our time there. We LOVED the section with all the giant jump houses connected together! The kids jumped on every trampoline (& there were dozens!!) and we ended the day there with a game of hide & seek. It’s conveniently located with ample parking for plenty of friends. It was an absolute blast & we would highly recommend it to others looking for a great time with their kids! The only reason for the 4 stars, I didn’t think that the employee at the front desk was very kind or welcoming. She was rather snarky about us using some passes from the last time we had came, which was about a year ago or so. I’m not one to waste my hard earned money so I made sure to hold on to them. Had she shown a bit more kindness, it would’ve been an ideal experience & we would probably be more inclined to return soon.

Lots of fun, it was totally empty on a Wednesday at 3pm

I thought it was the perfect place for the children, but on the roof of one of the areas, the roof has broken and the insulation is uncovered, which incorporates all of this into the air with the air and greatly damages health, I think they must fix that is too dangerous for respiration.

yes!
Yes! There's a small area where littles can play. They'll need the same trampoline socks if they're walkers. You can buy them there.
You would have to speak to the general manager of the facility in order to see if you can be unbanned. (Plus it depends on what you did that got you banned...)- Hope this helps!
If you would like to purchase gift cards it can be done online (will be emailed to you.) or you can get a physical card at the front desk when you come in. Hope this helps!
No, the servers aren't shared. There needs to be a waiver filled out for each park.
$7.00, it depends on the day. Per kid
You are required to wear their socks, so purchase once, and hang onto them.
It's still there. And I am pretty sure you have to pay. Most of the time it is used for games and isn't open for people to come play whenever
Open to public
While the only way to know for sure is to call Get Air (since it is such a specific situation) it is highly unlikely they will allow this. Get Air takes rules and regulations seriously and won't even let you wear your own socks on the trampoline, you also can't even wear any jewelry or have strings, hanging zippers or belts in your clothing. This makes it seem unlikely they will allow you to bring your own scooter, when you can't even do those rhing. The rules also prohibit any "activity that may unnecessarily interfere with the jumping or concentration of another participant." Using a scooter likely would fall into violation of this rule. Once again, you would have to ask Get Air for sure, but to allow your scooter seems like it would be inconsistent with their rules, and create a liability risk for not only you, but for everyone else there that Get Air would not likely allow.

I'm not sure about an email, but they do have an app for your phone.
Tuesdays you get 2 hours of jump time for the price of one, but yes, you have to buy the socks.
Club air is $15 for 2 hours, $20 for 3
Not sure. Don't waste your time here. They went "soft". They used to allow a lot more tricks but now the most you can do is a frontflip into the foam pit. I highly recommend going somewhere else
??? It's a trampoline park...you jump...with your legs..using strength.... (Hope this helps!)
