I've had to deal with this Post Office two times in the last 60 days...both times, from long distance. I have to tell you, in a time where we rarely hear anything good about the Post Office, the crew here are fabulous. The office staff is always friendly when I stop in up in to conduct business in person. But in a crunch is where they really shine!

honestly if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. & I was sad , yet not surprised at all to see that more than half of these reviews agree. the woman with the very short red hair is absolutely rude as can be EVERY single time me and my mom go there and she is mean to my mom who is not mean to ANYONE. She has a high and mighty attitude to her, she only smiles at men, she talks to you like you should know all of the same knowledge about post office stuff as her (someone who’s probably worked there for years). And the man with the long ponytail is having a bad day 70% of the time and has a terrible attitude when he is as well. it’s so bad that my anxiety literally can’t even handle going to my own city’s post office anymore and have to drive an extra 20 minutes to comfortably deliver a freaking package.

My brother ran an errand for me trying to help me out, since I’m home pregnant and with a screaming toddler. He got upsold into buying the $58 roll of stamps! My brother has visible cognitive delays, so this was even more maddening to me. I turned around and ran to the Kaysville location within the HOUR (receipt in hand) to return the stamps and they told me there was nothing I could do. Everyone there got to watch me have a complete pregnant melt-down.. There is a reason I dread the post office…
