The food is always good, but the service stood out the most on our last trip. Our server "Q" deserves more than 5 stars, it took good dining to just that much nicer. Its was mildly busy, he made us feel welcome, gave us great service, made sure our order was just right and very prompt. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority of servers like "Q" and the manager. It made dining enjoyable.

Several issues with the order. Chicken was swimming in oil. Broccoli had seen better days. The plate was hotter than the potato. Dirty silverware. Managing partner, Tony, and GiGi, we’re fantastic. They made it a positive experience and took immediate action to try and provide a solution. I’ll be back.

Our experience at the Laurel Outback was great. Our server, Mariel, was awesome! She was very attentive and made our experience memorable. The food was delicious and made as ordered. Big thanks to the staff at this Outback for the wonderful evening.
