Second update 8/12 - After two weeks of waiting, the maintenance technician finally came with a nice attitude(unlike the other guy from their team). Our dead food disposer got replaced, but other problems will need to wait until next week because lack of parts. UPDATE- We have moved in last month, the unit wasn’t perfectly cleaned when we arrived but overall we liked the unit. What makes the living experience horrible is the maintenance team, oh god they are something else. We submitted a checklist shortly after we moved in, but none of the issues are being addressed. The bottom of the glass door in the bathroom isn’t attached to anything, and don’t be surprised if you can actually “flip it”. This is a major safety concern. Not to mention the loud noise coming from our living AC. Also, the food disposer died after a week. We have asked the front office to have someone to fix these problems in the past two weeks but none of the maintenance member cares about their tenants in the building. We have been contacting the leasing office almost everyday and they are leaving us in the desert. If you are 100% certain that maintenance work isn’t needed then this place is for you(other aspect does live up to the cost of rent). BUT IF YOU ARE EVER GOING TO NEED SOMEONE TO FIX ANYTHING THEN GOOD LUCK!! I visited the apartment for the first time today, and Kim showed us around the building. Absolutely loved the community and the units that were shown to us. Kim was very professional and truly passionate about what she is doing.

Just recently toured at Regency Towers, The office team is amazing so hands on and very knowledgeable about the property. Elena gave us a tour, answered all of my questions and was very friendly. The apartments include like most of the utilities which usually isn't that case. Also another thing I loved is that the property is so secure with gates the close over night and concierge at both buildings during the day.

I been living here for exact 34 days and in this short period of time I had a awful experience with all of the maintenance issues, ac leaked into the bedroom staining the whole carpet, no one came to assist so I had to lift the carpet let it dry and accept the ugliness of the carpet now, came home from a really hot day at work and no water at all in the apartment and this happened multiple times… the pool that was supposed to be open on the weekend had to be canceled due to lifeguard not showing up and no one having a substitute on call. It’s just a shame having to pay almost 2k in rent for things that just aren’t worth our hard earned money … hope things get better soon…

Have been trying to contact this property for a tour and have had no response via email or phone call. As a matter of fact, someone picked up the phone, said nothing for a minute and then disconnected. Guess they’re not interested in anymore business. And judging by the other reviews on google, they won’t be for long.
