Loud noise from the train at 3 am in the morning, and I could hear my neighbors. Don't do it. I ended up moving to regency towers instead. New buildings are made with wood so you can hear more noise, and they aren't as safe if there's a fire.

Not exactly Luxury. Overpriced for what you get. Pool is never open and if so, they need a lifeguard. Pool doesn’t have enough lounge chairs and they are locked in the pool so even if you want to lay out in the sun, you won’t be able to. They charged an amenity fee every year but I have yet to see the value out of it. Also if you have long hair, you probably shouldn’t move here, water pressure in showers are laughable

This place is great! The ladies at the leasing office are super friendly and would help you with anything. The lobby is always clean and I feel like I am living in a hotel. The only downside is the mail room. I have spent hours trying to find my packages. I would recommend getting amazon lockers. They would provide more organization and make life easier for everyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE. For one they are racist. Two, they give you a very hard time with the application process, you’d think you were trying to purchase a HOUSE. Very unorganized and unprofessional front office. Ashley is always rude when speaking on the phone and now I see why many of the other residents below do not reccomend living here. There are a ton of other properties in willow grove with better reviews. Racist, unprofessional, unorganized. This property needs a new management company. I do not recommend.
