Excellent place to start your canoeing down the zumbro river. Very nice and friendly staff. Lots of parking.

Never picked me up paid $15 told to call when there missed the exit by a little and made my way through the woods to the road no shoes called and called closed at 7 started calling 6:20 no answer ruined my tubes walking down the gravel road barefoot tons of trees you get swept into don't bring your kids. Don't rely on them to give you a ride if you don't have their tubes they have zero incentive to actually pick you up.

I can't comment specifically on the equipment or rental service but re: shuttle services, don't plan to get a ride from this company if you've got your own canoe or kayaks. They claim to provide rides on weekdays but the owner would not help us out on the weekend... We parked our bikes at the end despite their recommendation not to ride on the gravel road due to reckless traffic. Upon arrival at the end of our route, one of their employees offered a ride for $20 after we had made the alternative plans. Apparently it only works when it's convenient for them. They pack their vans over capacity and drive quite fast.
