2 stars for the neat atmosphere next to the water and tarpon feeding but the service was poor. We waited 20 minutes to be waited on at our table then left. The tables are outside under tents next to the water which is really the main attraction. The menu did not have much fresh fish or Keys flavors. To note: the tarpon feeding is roped off from the restaurant now and has an adjacent entrance and fee.

Not right off the docks at the marina. Less than fifty feet (east) right under the over pass highway US 1 with a lot of shade. Bring fresh bait. Right behind the dumpsters there is a fishing area (free of charge). I’m 59 years old, I have been fishing here since the early 1960’s. My both parents ashes are on Indian Key, just placed this year, just the little island (Key) on the ocean side of the bridge. That’s where they met/married 50 plus years ago on Indian Key. The original “Dade County”.
They charge a mandatory fee for a gratuity for larger parties. Separate checks is a good practice it is very time consuming for server's to take the time to separate checks. Many people do not understand or realise this unless they have done this type of work.
