This visit was horrible. I came in for abdominal stomach pain. Once I got taken back I to the room I changed and waited about 45 min for doctor to come in. All she did was ask me questions why I came, felt my stomach asked questions and then left. Almost an hour later someone not my nurse or doctor came in and gave me the IV. I’m grateful someone came in because I didn’t know why nobody would come check up on me. He did my IV and helped me with the pee test or whatever. No doctor yet. Almost an hour and a half later a young lady who was super sweet just came on her shift mentioned to me she saw I was sitting here for a long time wondering why nobody has helped me and she took me back and helped me and took me back to my room after. Another hour went by and no doctor at all! I pressed my button and asked if I was suppose to put my clothes back on and they said they would send a nurse in to talk. 45 min later nothing! No doctor no nurse I was there a total of 5 hours and saw my doctor 1 time!!!!! And she didn’t even help at all! The only two that helped me were the lady who helped me and the young guy who took my IV. I called for a nurse again they came and asked what’s wrong I told her take my iv out so I can just go she hesitated and if it weren’t for my mom on the phone asking for the doctor she probably wouldn’t have gotten the doctor. Doctor came in and said she’ll come back with paper work. Told me the obvious why I came in there then proceeded to recommend another doctor!!!!!! 5 hours and nothing was solved. No doctor came into to check me or nothing no nurse only those two individuals. I would not recommend this at all!

After a bad experience with our 2 YO in the emergency room (that required us going to Riverton ER 18 hrs later) we called to question some charges on the Invoice. This was put to "investigation". Today is more than 5 Months later, and me calling in at least every month to check on it has yielded Zero response. Every time I call they say, "Hm thats weird, yeah I see the notes here in your file, someone will reach out to you soon." 2 wks ago (the most recent time) l told them, "Yes please do. Although I have to say that I doubt you will becuase you never have followed through with what you said you'd do going back to our initial visit there." And now here we are. No one follows up, no one calls me. The mess of back office organization is just a window into the mess of medical service you may get if you go here. This place is a dysfunctional business, do not trust them for serious care.

Dr K is the most amazing doctor, I don't know his secrets but you will have little to no pain except the usual muscle and stitches pain. I had a major back fusion and didn't need any pain medication except pills, no dilated or morphine. And the severe back pain I lived with for years is completely gone and the nurses on the 3rd floor recovery are the nicest sweetest people and truly care and are just lovely people. Dott, Susie, and Cynthia are the greatest. They truly become friends. Everyone that comes to help from nursing to different departments are equally great. Thanks Jordan Valley Medical. It would be wise and a life changer to come here for your procedure.
