Dr. Hamp has been good to my husband and our extended family over the years, but it's not enough anymore. This clinic has fallen apart. Get ready for your calls to never be answered, your prescriptions to be consistently late when you call for the refill, and for the desk staff to treat you like you're just a number. I've already made the switch to a different clinic, and we're in the process of moving my husband, as well. I would not recommend this clinic if you expect timely or friendly service

I only continue to go to this clinic for Dr. Pugh. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He really cares about his patients and takes his time to explain everything and answer questions. I generally leave the clinic scratching my head if I have to see someone else. A lot of the staff doesn't seem to have a lot of answers and sometimes just use Google to try to diagnose me.
