Attended a rehearsal dinner here and was blown away! Our server, Ben, was so professional and warm and the food was incredible. Best cesear salad I think I've ever had! I could also go on forever about the Old Fashioned *insert chef's kiss here* I can't wait to return on a date night.

Had dinner here with a friend. The wait time was inially an hour, but we were able to be seated much sooner. The staff was all friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The food was delicious with appropriate proportions. The fruit plated with the tiramisu was noticeably fresh. I do plan to return here for date night!

Varia is an indoor space, please call to see what their support animal policy is.
They clean tables in-between people, have tables spaced, everyone is required to mask before entering the building and until seated with food or drink. Following the basics very closely. It is as an incredibly comfortable experience, last I went.
