I have called 4 times and need to talk to a living breathing person. Each time the automated attendant says they are too busy and says call back another time then hangs up. They need a call waiting queue or a call you back option!!

The majority of the people working here are kind and friendly. Wait times are usually pretty quick, having appointments now helps! It is REALLY hard to talk to someone on the phone and the “general information” isn’t always useful.

I need to make an Appointment for Wed 23rd for my son David Wilson his drivers license was lost
For most things, yes. If you go to the appointment scheduler on their website, they list the things you need an appointment for.
We did walk in to get learners permit, so yes you can, but they have signs about potential long wait times. Took us only 10 minutes though.
You need to make an appointment with the Driver's license division and it'll tell you what you need to bring.

If that exam includes a driver's license renewal, then it is my understanding that yes, you do need an appointment.
