The service from the person that takes the order was not pleasant she was dismissive and had a poor attitude. This place has delicious sandwiches but unfortunately getting the gluten free bun option does not make the sandwich GF, there is crossed contamination.

Yes they do! They do platters or boxed lunches. You can call the restaurant to set up an order.
It depends on how busy they are, usually if i place an order to pick up in 5 minutes at the peak of rush hour, i have to wait about 15. I've never seen them take 45 minutes to an hour on an order, but i usually only get 1 sandwich. I could definitely see it being 45 minutes to an hour on a large order in the middle of the lunch rush, but otherwise no.
