I understand being short staffed. But when your waitress was ask 3 times after asking if there was anything else we needed and still didn't bri g to us. But having another waitress bring to us even ask is ridiculous. But the supervisor and the other waitress whi helped attend to us was absolutely amazing and curious. Very good with their customer service.

The food was about average for Applebee's. Both my salmon and my wife's steak was prepared as ordered but had cooled to barely warm before it was brought to our table. Beyond that, the service was close to non-existant. We were never asked if our drinks needed refilling, and the extra butter I politely requested, three separate times, for my wifes mashed potatoes never came. While we generally enjoy dining at Applebee's our experience at this particular one was quiet disappointing.

Service was EXTREMELY slow! Received our appetizers AFTER we received our dinner. Two dinners came out completely wrong. When check came we asked to break it down and extra things were added, plus they were all mixed up. Manager did a good job resolving the issues she was able to at that point, however it took forever for a simple dinner. Won't be back for a good while if ever! Bad ending to a great day!

I went here on a date last night. Most of the staff was really nice. Business was super slow and there looked to be more staff than customers so why we had to wait 15 minutes just for someone to take our drink order was confusing. Of course, they got the order wrong and once the order was taken it took a long time for dinner to arrive. Everything tasted great except the fries tasted stale like they'd been sitting out for hours and microwaved. My dacuri was too watered down compared to pretty much anywhere else I could've gotten one. When it was time for the check, our waitress stood talking to another employee for over 20 minutes rather than getting it as requested. That bothered me since I had a babysitter waiting to be relieved at home. Bottom line: the place was just O.K. but I won't be going back until they hire more competent staff. I tipped generously because I always do but with the service received, I feel I over-tipped.
